OCR Route

This method routes received fax to the correct user by recognizing the text on the fax (OCR), and finding keywords related to a recipient. This is commonly deployed in government, banks, insurance firms or others to received filled application form such as Tax Return, License application, credit card or loan application, insurance application ... forms or anything that has some distinguish title, name or word.

For example, you have a preprinted form with form title of Form I25 for citizens fill-in and return. Fax is one of the available method in additional to mail and you want these fax returned Form I25 receive by user whose route code is 987. It  is able to OCR the received fax to find match of word 'Form I25' then route to designated route code 987 User Profile or put it in folder for further workflow, auto print to network printer. Supports foreign languages OCR.
