Production documents such as invoices, purchase orders, statements, confirmations and bill of ladings generated from applications are commonly layout with standard template with recipient information such as the below example.

They are normally generated from application such as corporation financial system and printed periodically in batch.  Once these documents are printed, they are mailed or send by fax machine.  Job Server can help saving 90% cost to automate the process by deliver them via fax or email.  Since the original source document content already have recipient information, you can automate the fax delivery process using fax word search feature without involve programming work.

Fax Word Search

Take the above invoice as an example; the fax number is printed in the invoice statement with title such as Fax: which follows with recipient fax number.  By enable the Fax Word Search to map the word Fax: as Recipient Fax Number, Job Server will pickup the document and convert it to fax, search for the fax word and use the fax number to deliver the fax to recipient fax number.
