Send Fax using Fax Codes

Job Server has
abundant fax codes which can be use in document. Fax Codes
are special fax instructions that you can use as fax instruction
file or place directly into fax-bound document such as source
document output from applications runs on Unix, Mainframe,
Windows or others. It is a very user-friendly approach to
fax enables any application without programming.
You can use fax codes
to include fax number, attach other documents, add billing
information, unique id or reference number, set priority and
more. Job Server removes all fax codes from the document
when it converts to fax and submit to Microsoft Fax Server so
that they do not appear in your final fax.
Fax codes can be
placed anywhere in the souce document body and accept source
documents in format of plain text, postscript, PDF which
commonly can be easily generated from your host system.
Copy them to any pre-defined windows folder or fax printer and
Job Server will pick them up, convert and send as fax for you.
Fax Codes
Fax codes can be placed in anywhere of source document body and
is identified by enclosed with angle bracket.
The fax code to
define recipient fax number is <To=nnnnnnnn> where nnnnnnnn is
the recipient fax number. For example, <To=28329608>

When the source document is copied to
monitored windows folder, Job Server will pickup and extract fax
codes from the document then clean to convert the document to
faxable format so that the final fax body will not contain any
fax codes. |
